Problems uploading files to Truss

Resolved
Over the last 36-48 hours some clients have encountered issues uploading files to Truss.

This issue has now been resolved.

The most common use case clients saw trouble with was attempting to add attachments to form submissions, which may have affected trainers or students too.

Please ask anyone who has had trouble uploading files to try again now, as the root cause was identified and has been fixed effective around 10:45AM.
