Our CDN (which hosts javascript and CSS assets necessary for the system to function properly) was serving an incorrect TLS certificate from around 3:00PM.
This may have caused issues with the administrative dashboard in particular but across the system in general.
This has been rectified since around 4:00PM. If you are experiencing any problems please force a refresh in your browser (control-shift-R on PC or command-shift-R on mac) to reload.
