We have identified that due to suspicious emails sent by one client over the long weekend, one of our outbound email servers was listed on a blacklist for a couple of days.

Our servers are no longer blacklisted as of 6PM Melbourne time last night, and the client in question has been restricted from further use of our email servers in this way.

If you have seen a high bounce rate on your emails over the last 3 days, especially to hotmail.com and yahoo.com addresses, you are clear to re-send these emails and they should deliver if the destination email address is correct.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
